UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION

To update your account information, click “My Account” at the bottom of the page. Please note that changes to your shipping or billing information will not apply to previous orders. Please contact us to change your shipping or billing information on an order that has already been placed.

PAYMENTS

Payment for orders will be made via your credit card or PayPal upon placing the order. Sales tax and shipping charges will be added. Your selected payment method will be charged when your order is placed. If you change or cancel your order prior to your order being processed, and your new order total is different from the amount originally charged, you will be charged or refunded the difference when your order new order is processed.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders will be fulfilled in 7-10 business days. If you are shipping to the United States, please allow 4-5 business days after fulfillment to receive your purchase. If you are shipping to any country outside of the United States, please allow 10-15 business days after fulfillment to receive your purchase.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate you. We will not be able to make any changes to your order once processing has started.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You can return any item you ordered for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. Depending upon the reason for your return, you may be responsible for shipping charges. To determine whether or not you are responsible for shipping charges, please see Our Guarantees.

If you did not receive your package, you must notify us no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Errors on our part will be fixed at our expense.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment.

You must contact us before returning any products. Original tags must be affixed to all products as they were shipped, and all returns must be in their original packaging.

How to Process a Return

The fastest way to process your return is to log into your account, find your order, and fill out the online return form associated with your order.

You can also contact us to let us know that you are not satisfied. We will provide you with our return address. If you requested an exchange, you should receive your replacements within 10 business days of us receiving your return.
